Meet Liz. She is a kick ass yoga instructor at Kali Yoga Studio in Washington D.C. We met up to do some basic yoga poses for her intro to yoga classes. Seriously I can do yoga, so anyone can! She makes it really easy to learn and she is so down to earth.

BEST FRIEND WEDDING DRESS SHOOT-Some best friends wear matching friendship bracelets. Others opt for tattoos. But for these ladies who’s over a decade friendships celebrated their bond with something a little more magical! Married best friends all re-lived their amazing wedding day and put on their gowns for some ultimate girlie time in front of the camera. This a great reason to wear that expensive white dress ONE MORE TIME without trashing it. In celebration of their weddings and their friendships together, these ladies have approximately 13 total years of being wives and a total 16 years of being besties! What a creative way to celebrate your bond with your girlfriends!
P.S. Hubbies, pets and children were also included!
