Miranda & Matt // Wedding

Miranda & Matt are a shy intellectual couple, who have exceptional tastes.   They choose plum purples and gold with hints of wood tones.  Sometimes the best loves are the ones you find when you aren't looking.  These two seemed to always attend the same gatherings and every time get into long and wonderful conversations.  Four years after their first meeting they decided to tie the knot at Canopy Creek near Dayton, Ohio.  I was so excited to see their traditional and modern style fuse with Canopy Creek's farm backdrop. 

It was my first wedding with planner Melissa Lohr, she was fantastic!  On top of being incredibly helpful and organized she also performed the couples wedding ceremony.  That's a full service wedding planner! Jenna & Keith // Troy Ohio Engagement

I've never met anyone with more infectious energy than Jenna & Keith.  

When asked what they love most about each other?
Jenna loves "His Smile!", Keith in the most loving way said "her compassion towards everybody. She cares so much for others."    

Kim & Diane // Smale Park, Cincinnati Engagement

What Diane said about her life with Kim says it all "The most adventurous thing we have done is what's happening right now. Our life together. Standing side by side and facing the good, bad, hard and sweet time together."
I was lucky enough to be introduced to these ladies last year and I am so lucky to be photographing their fall wedding at the Sunset Estate Farm.  

Makayla & Paul // Wedding

This is one of my favorite weddings from 2017, everyone say "O-H-I-O!"!  When I met Makayla & Paul I knew their day would be beautiful and full of love. Their big day was held at Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio. It's a wonderful Victorian style conservatory  surrounded by gardens so they opted for an ALL OUTDOOR EVENT! Their beautiful ceremony was held at sunset with Makayla's baby sister as their flower girl. The most exciting moment of the day was when Brutus the Buckeye (the Ohio State Football Mascot) made a surprise appearance.  All of the guest danced and were invited to get individual images with him.
